Well there isn't really a reliable source for free music downloads and it is illegal since the artists don't get paid for their work. The best, and cheapest way to get music downloads is through MP3Lingo. com. They offer unlimited music downloads for only a few bucks a month. It's much cheaper than any other site I've came across and they are 100% legal. They offer unlimited music downloads and you don't have to pay for each song you download, just a very low monthly fee. Sorry for my long answer I just figured this out I really want to share it with you

If you have firefox skip to step 2 and if you already have the add-on skip to step 5
You need iTunes/another media player and an iPod for this to work(iTunes is the only thing that can get that music onto your iPod
1. Download firefox.
2. Go to the add-on page(STEP 3 shows you where you can get the add-on
3. https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3006

4. Download it
5. You will notice a moving ring of multicolored balls at the top of your browser screen
6. Go to http://www.dizzler.com/
7. Search the song you want(Just a little demo song right now I will give you the link: http://www.dizzler.com/index.search.dv8?q=numb
8. Click on the song
9. It will start playing and remember STEP 5 look at the icon again and click on the little arrow beside the icon
10. Click on the first thing that comes up
11. It will start downloading the music and just put the file wherever it tells you to
12. After this, you go back to http://www.dizzler.com/index.search.dv8?q=numb and then do not download it again right click on the file you just downloaded and where it says OPEN WITH choose iTunes
13. It will automatically appear it actually works so well it's scary!?!?!?!

Trust me it's worth it the songs are completely legal AND free

Legal,Online,Free Music Download Site?
I know there is limewire(obviously illegal) and other illegal music sites, but is there a free and legal online music site?

*Please help, i don't want to pay $1.69 or $1 for each song!
